Apna Agenda is a powerful scheduling and meeting management application developed in Flutter that redefines how professionals and students organize their time. By consolidating offline scheduling and multiple online meeting platforms—such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams—into one unified app, it simplifies collaboration and boosts productivity.

The idea for Apna Agenda emerged from the growing need to reduce the hassle of managing multiple apps and calendars for meetings. As someone who understands the challenges of context switching between platforms, I envisioned an all-in-one solution that ensures meetings—whether offline or online—are easy to organize, access, and track. By developing this as a self-initiated project, I demonstrated my ability to identify productivity gaps and build modern technology solutions that fit seamlessly into everyday workflows.

As the sole developer of Apna Agenda, I took full ownership of designing the application architecture, user experience, and implementation. Leveraging the Flutter framework, I created a smooth, cross-platform experience that performs consistently across Android and iOS devices. The interface features a clean, professional design that prioritizes usability, ensuring that users can quickly schedule, join, and monitor meetings from a single hub.

The application integrates essential scheduling features: creating offline events like classes or meetups, and linking online meetings directly through APIs of Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. It allows users to manage their entire agenda in one place—viewing schedules, receiving reminders, and accessing meeting links without switching apps. This centralization significantly saves time and minimizes errors in managing professional and academic responsibilities.

Throughout development, I implemented modern software practices, applying clean architecture principles, state management solutions, and secure API integrations for calendar and meeting services. Key development challenges included synchronizing events across different platforms and designing a notification system that keeps users updated without overwhelming them.
